How it works

Gentle on the days that aren't.

Three friendly steps. No menus, no scrolling lists, no fighting with your phone.

  1. 01

    Speak your day

Tap once and talk. Morning vitals, a flare at 2pm, what you ate, what helped. No menus, no scrolling lists, no friction.

  2. 02

    Steadia does the structuring

Your words become tagged symptoms with severity, vitals with units, medications with doses, foods with timing — all reviewable, all editable.

  3. 03

See the pattern, share the proof

Calendar view, condition-aware insights, and a one-tap PDF you can hand your specialist. Your data, your record, your leverage.

Features

Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Made with people who live with this — not bolted onto a generic wellness app.

Voice-first logging

Speak the way you'd talk to a friend. Steadia turns natural speech into structured records — and prefers your built-in mic over paired Bluetooth wearables so capture stays reliable when your watch or earbuds are connected.

You're always in the loop

Every entry shows a structured preview before it commits. Confirm, edit, or toss it. Nothing is logged behind your back.

Activity & energy pacing

Log how you moved and how you felt after — none, tired, crashed, or delayed PEM. Built for people who know what overdoing it costs.

Body-map symptom heatmap

Tap where it hurts on a stylized body diagram with 18 named regions. Over 7, 30, or 90 days Steadia builds a heatmap of where your body keeps asking for help — narrowable to a single symptom.

Caregiver mode

Invite a partner, parent, or adult child to log on your behalf. They keep their own Steadia account — no password sharing — and you can revoke access any time.

Weather woven in

Pressure drops, humidity swings, AQI, UV — automatically captured each day and folded into the patterns Steadia surfaces.

Inside Steadia

A calm, hopeful view of your health story.

Bright when it can be, honest when it needs to be. Steadia turns scattered moments into something you can actually see.

Daily timeline

Your day, gathered up

Vitals, symptoms, meds, meals — in one warm, scrollable timeline.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Who is Steadia for?

People living with chronic conditions where symptoms shift hour-to-hour and traditional trackers don't keep up — POTS, dysautonomia, EDS, MCAS, ME/CFS, Long COVID, fibromyalgia, migraine, IBS, Lyme, lupus, and others. If you've ever tried to remember three weeks of flares for a 15-minute appointment, Steadia is for you.

Why voice instead of forms?

Because brain fog, fatigue, and post-exertional crashes make form-tapping a real cost. Voice lets you log a full morning in 30 seconds while lying down — Steadia pulls structure out of natural speech so you don't have to. You can also type or use a quick form when that fits better.

Does the AI ever get things wrong?

Sometimes — language is messy. That's why every voice or text entry shows a structured preview before it commits. You can confirm, edit, or toss it. Nothing is logged behind your back, and your edit history is preserved so you can always trace a record back to its source.

Can my partner or caregiver help log for me?

Yes. Caregiver mode lets you invite a partner, parent, or adult child by email — they keep their own Steadia account, no password sharing, and you set their access level: view-only, log on your behalf, or full edit. Every caregiver-logged entry records who actually logged it, so the audit trail is intact. Either side can revoke access any time.

What if I'm in an emergency and can't speak?

Steadia can generate a printable QR card for first responders that shows just the fields you choose — conditions, allergies, active medications, blood type, emergency contact. If you've logged an anaphylaxis-severity allergy, a prominent banner shows on the emergency view. The QR is revocable and rotatable from your settings.

How does Steadia handle weather and other environmental triggers?

Automatically. Steadia captures local pressure, pressure change, humidity, AQI, UV, and temperature each day and folds them into the patterns it surfaces — so a flare cluster after a storm front shows up without you having to remember the storm.

Is my data private?

Yes. Steadia is built around a HIPAA-minded posture: encryption in transit and at rest, no selling of personal data, granular share controls, and the ability to revoke provider access at any time. Records are append-only — edits create a new revision rather than overwriting history — so your medical record stays defensible. See our privacy page for the full detail.

Does it replace my doctor?

No. Steadia is a tracking and communication tool, not a diagnostic device. It exists to make your time with specialists more productive — not to replace them. AI insights are explicitly framed as observations, never medical advice.

What about the Apple Watch / Oura / Withings data I already have?

Oura (sleep & activity) and Withings (weight & BP) integrations are coming soon, with more on the way. Steadia is designed to merge wearable data with what only you can log yourself: how a day actually felt.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Steadia is a PWA — installable on your phone, works without service, and syncs when you're back online. Voice notes captured at the edge of a flare don't get lost.
